9AM-Check-in (Please check in at the front doors with Kirsten).

9:10am-10:15am- Off-Ice Conditioning

10:15am-10:30am-Dissucssion and Skates on

10:10am-12pm-On-Ice Instruction- Edges, Spins, Jumps, Artistry

12:00pm-END-Pick-up

 

DETAILS:

• Freestyle level 2 and above

• 18 students max

• 2 coaches-Coach Phyllis and Coach Kirsten ( coaches will be masked the entire time)

• Socially Distant Off-Ice and On-Ice Instruction

• On-Ice Jumps, Spins and Edges and Artistry ( will tailor instruction to students ability and needs)

• Online Registration ONLY- Parent must acknowledge liability and covid-19 waiver online

• Masks are not required for on-ice if socially distant

• Masks are required for walking around and inside the facility for any reason

• Please bring your skates, Bottle of water, yoga mat, towel, water, on and off-ice workout clothing, sneakers and hand sanitizer
