Whether you're brand new to hockey, looking to get back to the childhood game you love, or want to develop a few new skills for your adult-league play, our series of adult instructional programs has what you need. Our team of experienced coaches runs skaters through fun station-based and team-oriented practice plans at just the right intensity level for every experience level. Beginners are welcome!
