Details: MUST be Basic 3 and above and have taken lessons prior to start of camp
MUST be age 6 and up.
On and Off-Ice activities to promote fun and growth in figure skating
Bring your skates, On-ice clothes, Off-ice workout clothes, LUNCH, water, money for vending machine, yoga mat or towel, and sneakers- NO flip flops

Foundations Hockey
Camp is open to skaters and goalies ages 6 through 16. All camp activities will be conducted in separate age groups. Each age division will be further grouped by skill level for on-ice drills and games.
The curriculum for each day of camp includes:

Over 2 hours of ice time

Video-based skating review

Off-ice skills instruction

Age-appropriate strength and conditioning training

Other fun activities
Each registered student will receive a jersey and t-shirt. Lunch will be provided daily.
SPORTS INTERNATIONAL HOCKEY ACADEMY
The Sport International Hockey Academy will be returning to The Reisterstown Sportsplex, June 24 - 28 for an exciting 40 hour summer hockey camp (ages 6 – 17 yrs. - all players grouped by age and ability). SIHA is entering their 35th year of hockey instruction, conducting summer camps in 20 locations. The 2024 SIHA Brochure is now available.
