The Sport International Hockey Academy will be returning to The Reisterstown Sportsplex for an exciting 2 day winter clinic, December 27 - 28. Our SIHA Clinics are specifically designed to provide each student an opportunity to fine-tune their skills during the middle part of their season. We find that this is the perfect time to help eliminate bad habits, revitalize existing skills and energize all players for the last half of their season. Our clinic will consist of 1.5 hours of ice per day (2 days), concentrating on the following points of emphasis;

POWER SKATING: Forward Stride & Backwards Skating

PUCKHANDLING: Passing, Shooting & 1 on 1's

SPECIAL FEATURES: Musical Ice Sprints (increasing acceleration & explosiveness), Professional Demonstrations (showing all students proper skating & puckhandling techniques) and highly energized/fast paced drills (students are continually moving - no standing around!)

INDIVIDUALIZED VIDEO ANALYSIS - DVD OFFER: Each student may choose to have a professionally performed video analysis of themselves in two different drills. Skills to be filmed and analyzed will be Forward Stride & Backwards Skating along with an extensive analysis of each individual's shooting technique. Our nationally recognized video analysis program, includes video telestration, computer split screens and instructor audio, for a professionally designed personal DVD. The cost for this DVD Analysis will be $18.00, and may be selected on our online registration form. All DVD's will be mailed within 10 days of your clinic.
